Penelope Chilvers Footwear is designed in London and artisan made in Spain. The designer lived in Barcelona for a few years and fell in love with the country. Having Riding boots made for herself by a local artisan, designed to her liking, she discovered on return to London that others loved the quality and style. The rest is history as they say.
